I was just in a few days ago to pick up some of the new MTG set and I’m a fairly new player, when I asked if they had a specific type of card and what draft night exactly was I got a weird look and spoken to like I was dumb, then went back to playing a card game on his laptop. They had good stuff and their prices aren’t bad but their staff is pretty rude.
I was in for board games and I'm thinking it's more about the comics (I should have guessed from the name). The selection of board games is pretty good but not quite the full collection you'll find at a specialized shop. It'll do for sure - I made a purchase I was really happy about. Friendly staff, too.
Please be aware that they DO NOT provide returns for credit. Only store credit. My sons bought a book there without approval, he is a minor, when i tried to return i was informed I could only get store credit. This was less then half an hour after he purchased it.
Pretty good, my first time in a comic shop so I can't compare it to anything but I liked it.
Clean and well organized. Lots of good gaming areas.
