I am a patient at this hospital. However, I also work in health care (at another hospital) so I wore scrubs to one of my appointments. Patient parking at this garage is $5 and non patient is $20. Because I was wearing scrubs, the cashier assumed that I am an employee and charged me $20. I argued that I am a patient. She insisted that I was lying to get a cheaper rate. I stood there for 10 minutes trying to get my money back. She was not apologetic at all, rather argumentative. I will never park here again. Zero stars if possible.
