I used their website to buy a parking pass while I was staying in philly. I needed the email they send you after you pay to print out the pass but the email never came.nnI called their regional office and they gave me the email and phone number of the lot manager and told me he could offer me a refund for my undelivered parking pass. I called and emailed multiple times but never heard back.nnAfter arriving in philly I decided to check out the lot and found parking payment machines in the lot. The price they charged at the lot was almost half what they charged me online.nnIm considering disputing the charge on my credit card for the undelivered parking pass.
