They need to update that carpet and them green chairs other than that it was comfy
Customer service was helpful...lounge was quiet and respectful
Nice lounge. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. He asked for my train number so he could track it and let me know when it arrived. Snacks include packaged muffins, chips, bananas, oranges, coffee, tea and other drinks. The area was clean and comfortable, away from the madness below.
The club does not have elevator access from the concourse. The agent did not announce my train and if I didn't remind her I would have missed my train. Also, she.told me the first class car was the last car, when in fact it was the first. I had to traverse the entire length of the train with my bags. Not good, Amtrak
It's always a great experience. The staff is nice. They treat customers like Royalty. Even if it's not included in the ticket price, it's well worth the purchase price of $25/person/visit.
