Love love love this store. I won't purchase my jewelry from anywhere else! The environment is very welcoming and positive. I've recently made a purchase and Victoria treated me with respect and I appreciate the whole team. It's an amazing feeling when you feel like more than just a costumer!

I got my wife's engagement ring from this place several years ago. My wife also got my wedding ring from them. They still remember us every time we go in. They are super friendly and helpful. Stephanie is usually who we see and work with. We live in Seattle and still make trips back to Yakima mostly for her excellent customer service. We love buying from her, and we've never felt any sales pressure from her or her team. You can tell they care and want you to be happy with your jewelry. We're Kay Jewelers customers for life!

I have always had the best experience here! I bought my husband a watch and Stephanie has always been the one to help me. I know that when my husband comes home with a special little box he makes sure she helps him. Not only does she take the time to really listen to what I really like she makes sure that it is taken care correctly. I always come in when it is time for my ring to inspected and they make sure I’m taken care. I will not go elsewhere.

BEST customer service! My husband and I have been a customer for over 10 years! We love the staff and they even know us by name! They are always so sweet to us when we bring in our daughter! Such friendly faces and great staff! The manager always goes above and beyond for our experiences! Lifetime customers!!nnThe reason I am now writing a review is because I am tired of hearing only about the negative situations that some people may have had. While those seem to be far and few between, it is true you tend to tell 10 people about a negative experience, but only 3 about a positive one. I have been trying to make sure good things are heard also. There's already too much negativity in this world. So now the good things are being voiced and the negative nancies of the world are trying to sabotage a good thing? WOW. Go find your jewelry elsewhere then.
