I came in on my lunch to get coverage for myself and my daughter. Melinda was very helpful and took the time to find the best coverage for us and also made sure it was in my budget plan. She explained the coverage and options to add more at a later date if I wanted. I walked out with great coverage and felt confident with the plan we got. Thank you for the service and friendliness during my visit.

I would recommend this insurance company to anyone who is in the market. I finds that no matter what question big or small Melinda Espinoza has had the answer for. And if she didn't know the answer she would always get back to me within a short amount of time. I like the fact that there's an office here locally instead of having to deal with somebody from the middle or the other side of the country so overall I've been 100% satisfied.

They are very prompt and courteous to what you need.. Always has a smile, even when I have to reinstate. Doesn't make me feel bad after I've let my insurance lapse.. Thx a million Insur One!! ud83dude01

I talk to melinda and had really good experience with her over the years ... when rates go up I call her to find cheaper and she is always friendly and right on it.
