I love this little store. I’ve had nothing but positive, friendly people there. I do not take my grandson in because he would want to play with everything and tear the store apart. It’s understandable that staff would be alert to that. I make that comment for the few comments i noticed complaining. I especially love the updated look! Go and visit this charming little store and support our local shops.
Great shop to find unique children's gifts for any age. Amazing book selection. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I love the store itself; it is extremely magical and there is a lovely variety of toys and books and children's items. The atmosphere is delightful. However, I don't know the next time I can willingly go into that store due to the pretty consistently noxious attitude of the people that work there. On one occasion, I was in the store with my two year old and one of the workers basically suggested that I had shoplifted. I am a 40 year old professional; I was horrified. I alerted the manager later over the phone and she essentially resolved the situation. I decided to continue to give the store my business; over the years I have continued to shop there for my children and birthday/holiday parties. I have significantly supported the business as best I am able through such purchases and word-by-mouth. I was recently in the store on the search and had some questions based on a specific purchase I wanted to make; the staff made it very clear that they did not want to engage, and appeared annoyed and aggravated. This has now happened a few times. I made a modest purchase for my child instead of the splashy birthday present I had intended, and am resolved to not return any time soon again.
The best book&toy store! So happy to find this place, it seems like a small bookstore outside, when you enter, there are many selections of books and toys for kids from 0+, they also have little stationaries and small gifts under $5 but unique! Will visit again soon:) staffs are very kind!
Wonderful store. Great atmosphere, lots of fun games and toys, good selection of books for the size, and helpful to order things they don't carry. Great customer service too. Highly recommend.
