I recently converted my wood burning fireplace to a Valor gas insert and chose Armstrong’s in Yakima. What a wonderful experience it’s been! Amanda and Jake are knowledgeable and professional. They customized my backplate for the best fit and most aesthetically pleasing design. Installation was smooth, and they have been responsive and friendly about answering all my follow-up questions. I look forward to the first cozy fires on cool autumn nights. We are fortunate to have Armstrong’s here in Yakima!
The staff at Armstrong’s are always knowledgeable and attentive. We are very pleased with the fireplace inserts we’ve purchased, and they make time for us when we need maintenance or an issue resolved. Excellent, local company!
It’s been a long time coming but I would greatly like to say thank you to Armstrong’s Stove and Spa. They did everything in the power to help with our pellet stove. They offered us every option they could to ensure our needs were met and in the end fixed our issue. Kudos to the hard working staff, so very polite, and generous. You have a customer who appreciates what you do. Thank you.
Our old gas fireplace stopped working. We contacted Armstrong’s Stove & Spa, and they sent their repairmen. Because the fireplace was so old, replacement parts were no longer available. However the repair technicians persevered, manufacturing a required part on the spot. The job required a couple of different visits to our house, but the repair was accomplished successfully. The repair technicians were very friendly, helpful, and professional as were the ladies in the store and on the phone. I appreciated that they put covers over our carpet each time they visited and always cleaned up very well. We were happy with the service that Armstrong’s Stove & Spa provided and would not hesitate to use their services again.
Amazing people to work with! Very knowledgeable when it comes to hot tubs! Super friendly as well! Would highly recommend to others! (Which We already have.)nnCan’t wait to discuss fireplace options with them in the fall!
