I just ordered a bouquet for my mother-in-law. They are not what was on the website. They are deceiving. Do not order!! I called and left a vm. When the manager called he was rude and hung up on me after I said, if I pay my money I want what I ordered. Never again will I order from them. The flowers are already wilted after delivery.
The service is top rate. The knowledge of the staff is out of this world. If you're not sure of what you want just tell'em the occasion and I'm sure that you'll be a happy customer.
I made an online order that the wrong date and time was generated. So right after I made the online purchase I immediately called to have the flowers delivered the same day. It was already pretty late in the afternoon...but they were able to accommodate my need for a friends birthday and the arrangement came out beautiful. This is my 2nd time using Overhill Flower Shop and I have yet to be disappointed!
I called in this order from Virginia for my aunt's funeral. I was blown away with the flower arrangement I saw when I arrived at the Church - Overhill's attention to detail was amazing. I'm an out of town customer not likely to be a repeat customer and yet they treated me and my order with highest attention. The arrangement was beautiful, just beautiful. Thank you!
