For my mother's birthday, I ordered a rather large item to be delivered. On the day of delivery, I received an email, unsuccessful delivery attempt. Tried several times calling the store, according to the automated, they're closed. This is daily. Smh. No attempt to redeliver or even reach out to the customer. Not a good business practice. Therefore with many unsuccessful attempts to have this rectified, I am left to cancel the charge appearing on my credit card. Sad for business moving forward. I WOULD NOT recommend this place for your loved ones items.

I see why they have bad reviews didn’t have an item I ordered at 9am pick up at 3:30 just come out with one item of the two girl says she doesn’t have the item but didn’t even know what the second item was so how do u know u don’t have the tools to make the item if you didn’t see it just pure laziness couldn’t even get another item in place then she close the store establishment needs to be taking over

My wife placed an order for Valentines Day, this is their busiest time of the year so I understand deliveries will be late...they leave me a vm saying the order was held up, again...I understand that. I attempt to call them back and they just hang up on me every time!

The absolute worse place to order from. I called 17 times and each time someone hung up. I placed an order that never came and once I was finally able to get in contact with some I was told I had to wait until the manager returned to receive a refund but no-one could tell me when the manager would be there. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
