I placed an order online on Oct 22, 2019 for my daughter's birthday. The order did not go out. When I inquired as to the issue via email, I received an email that simply said ordered cancelled. I called the store to inquire of the issue, and asked to speak with the manager. I was told that their system was down.

The unicorn ballons were wonderful they were perfect with the back drop and theme of the party thanks.

I dont find this place to be too professional. I called on Tuesday to make sure i could order have 4 dozens white balloons on Thursday to be delivered on Saturday. I even offerred to pick them up but was told they were only open for delivery saturday. I was told yes i could order them for delivery. Well i call to place my order and now told no and the person on the phone was the owner. Very unprofessional and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. My prayers her attitude gets better. The order was for a memorial and i explained that twice...of course she didnt care. God Bless her anyway.ud83dude4fud83dude4fud83dude4f
