Sadly, Manuel Jimenez (physicians assistant) was acting as my father’s healthcare agent without authority which was against the POA document. My father Aaron Gutierrez 94 had Alzheimer’s-dementia & as the POA was not notified of significant changes. My father was prescribed drugs at different stages of dads health w/o my knowledge or consent. Manuel repeatedly gave my dad blood draws and was sent to his office without my knowledge & treated my father as if he could advocate for himself. The repeated blood draws in my opinion lead to my father’s anemia and B12 deficiency. The authorized treatments by me were for recurring UTI’s dad had due to a condition. The rest is simply negligence in my opinion as He gave my father another strong drug and shortly after my father began to decline. He did not follow up w/my father after that nor did he tend to my father after he returned from a hospital visit after 8/15 as he was instructed to do so by the hospital doc. w/in 3-5 days. Dad had his love for life taken when he wasn’t ready to go. Is it any wonder Manuel avoided my calls? NO!

There is absolute incompetence demonstrated up and down in this clinic. The providers don’t have any clue what they’re doing, never addressing problems or concerns. Instead, they just throw medications at you without explaining anything. Angela Bosma has been absolutely terrible and void of empathy. She feels she is too important to have answer any of my concerns. I found a new clinic and am much happier there. Avoid this place if you can.

7 people in line to register. One person at desk. She is nice and trying but they are completely understaffed. 14 minutes to check in. Asked how far we are behind not much 15- 20 minutes!nThe worst music ever. It’s loud, it’s not in English and is club style!nReally like my doctor but this is it for me.nNever had an on-time appointment. Have to call repetitively to get an appointment. This does not have to be such a negative experience.n11 minutes past appt time and counting.

Angela Bosma is a great PA-C she listens and always has a solution to my concerns!!! If anyone needs a new Doctor Astria health in Union Gap it’s the best!!! Bosma never rushes through anything or try and rush you out the door she is the best!!

This place is lacking in so many ways. Even though I had just had a blood test taken less than two weeks prior to my appointment, they wanted another blood test despite having the results of the previous one in their hands. The physician quickly jumped to a diagnosis and then referred me to another doctor (who was supposed to contact me within two weeks) and gave me some medication to help with the swelling in my joints. She then advised me to call her if I ran out before my appointment with the referral doctor and she would refill the medication.nWell, her referral never contacted me. So, I called back to let them know I had not been contacted by their 'specialist' and that I was almost through the medication she had given me. I also asked to know what the results of the blood test were that they just had to take.nI got:n-Oh, we're sorry about the referral. How odd. Find someone yourself.n-The physician doesn't want to renew your prescription even though she said she would. Leave that to the doctor we supposedly referred you to, but never contacted you.n-We'll send you a copy of the blood test results.nnNeedless to say, I never got the test results. I found my own specialist who informed me that the physician had misdiagnosed me and was more than happy to refill my prescription while we waited for the other medication to clear approval through my insurance.nnTo top off this 'stellar' experience, I have been trying in vain to pay my bill. I cannot get any of the worthless staff at the front desk to help me create a patient portal and no one at the Sunnyside billing office ever answers the phone or returns messages. I have never seen people this incompetent at their jobs and it frightens me that they are in the medical profession.
