Great experience! Got me in quickly, everyone was very friendly and informative, and made me comfortable. The building was very clean and nice. Got me in and out in a timely fashion. I will definitely go back!

Dear Yakima Family Dental,nUnfortunately, due to a history of failed dental work without notice, I am unable to see you for my future dental needs. Please understand that there was a considerable amount of time and materials wasted and pain endured that was directly associated with my visits to your facility.nnOr let me put it so you can understand. If I bought a cup of lemon aid and my big brother paid for it. But it burnt my mouth so bad I couldn't drink or eat for a couple weeks. Then I come back. You would think that I might get what was paid for but NO. You cant. Even if after being burned and I wanted to replace the cup that burned my mouth I cant even pay for it myself. So then what. I was left with a piss poor cup of lemon aid and severe pain in my mouth. But to top it off I get a letter telling me I cant even get lemon aid there if i wanted to be burned again. LOL well good.nnThe Asian doctor doing the fix had a fit because one of the tools was not working. Jammed the tool in my tooth so hard multiple times and into my gums, and walked out. His assistant had to finish. At my next appointment I told the original dentist that it hurt so bad and I couldn't eat even after 2 weeks! He said that it was normal and he was not going to fix it. I found a new dental office and got all my files sent to the new office and Yakima Family Dental sent photo copies of my X-rays. Just so the new dentist couldn't use them and I had to go through the entire process out of pocket because my Insurance only covers set ups 1 time per year. After my set up the area that I was having severe pain DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A FILLING!!!! so in 2 weeks either the filling fell out or they completely forgot to refill it! New dentist couldn't find even a trace of filling. I'm not sure what is worse forgetting the filling or it falling clean out to the point that a professional couldn't even tell there was one there. So between the condescending conversations I had with the dentist about lemon aid, the poor work, the fact that they wouldn't fix their poor work, or that they were hindering the new dental office I would not recommend this facility to anyone if you have a choice.nnFYI- the dental assistants are top notch... super friendly they rock. the people that do the work .....not so much.

I had a tooth filled, They only put a temporary filling in and they caused my nerves in my tooth to uproot into my gums and now I have a ball of nerves in the top of my gums that constantly hurt. Also they failed to fix another problematic tooth in a timely manner and the tooth broke and now needs to be extracted.... i have tried calling them for 2 weeks to only get their answering machine I have left several voice mails and have never received a call back once.... taking my business elsewhere.

There all nice and friendly, but they haven't called me back for my appointment h.mm
