Speak of transferring from Yakima Family Dental, I say that Aspen Dental provides 5 star customer service in reference with the dentists showing the patients the full X-rays and recommended treatments as part of the dental plan. It it helpful and resourceful for the dentist to go over the X-rays and display them on the computer screen. The staff was friendly and professional unlike the one dental office in Union Gap was standoffish and the billing department was not upfront and straight to the point about the estimate and gave two different estimates. Aspen Dental is a dental budget friendly environment and concerned about their patient’s dental treatment. Honestly I don’t like Yakima Dental the way they perform in business. Say Hello to Aspen Dental, Goodbye to Yakima Family Dental.

Staff was amazing! I loved my Dental Hygienist! She helped me pick out a great treatment plan and I loved her enthusiasm. They made me feel very comfortable and changed my overall fear and anxiety on coming to the dentist from 100% to 0. Very informative, and loved how well they explained things. Extremely professional and willing to take the time to explain things in a manner that is easy to understand.nnThe only things I would work on would be to give more information on other options (Implants?).nAnd be a little more observant of how the patient is doing when doing major dental work. (I love talking about medical procedures, but almost passed out when they were doing one on me.)

From when we were greeted when we walked to us leaving it was a positive, comforting experience. My 87 year old mom needed a new top denture. She had a bad experience somewhere else so she was scared. The staff was excellent, office manager listened, answered all our questions. Front office girl made sure all our needs were met! Prices so great. The retainer is 1/2 price from previous place! I recommend the Yakima aspen clinic 100%!

Had a great experience, they where very kind and made me feel good about my appointment. I am very afraid of dentist and I had a great experience with getting my tooth pulled. Thank you doctor choi. I’m feeling much much better!

The staff is very friendly. Like most of us, going to the Dentist is not on my list of “most favorite place to visit” but they made it a very pleasant visit. I will return to Aspen Dental for all my dental needs.nGood job, Aspen Dental!!!nArthur F.
