The entire staff are pleasant and lovable. When I had a question the doctor called and listened to my concerns and prescribed a treatment. I love the e-mails I receive so I know when to make an appointment and there are follow up w-mails, which are helpful, when I forget to book an appointment. Im never disappointed with the services provided and feel like my dogs are getting the best care possible!
The folks at Media Vet are fantastic. We’ve been taking our pets there for years, and they have always provided high quality care, and taken a genuine interest in our pets and their health. Can’t recommend them enough.
I have always had great experiences with Media Vet, but this most recent visit was one I appreciated so much. My dog went for a routine wellness checkup, but I was concerned with him recent limping. The doctor came out and talked to me and I expressed how much my dog means to me and that I wanted to be extra cautious and rule out potentially serious issues. They took him right in, did the necessary X-rays and took care of him all in a matter of a few hours and I am so relieved and appreciative because I finally have peace of mind and clarity I needed!
Excellent care! We tried a few other vets in Media but Media Vet Hospital was home. We moved 20 minutes away 2 years ago and was not happy with the care elsewhere, back I came and it was worth the drive. I feel so much better knowing we are doing the best for our cat.
The staff at Media Vet is professional, caring and compassionate. They help my dogs and followup consistently and always make sure they have explained everything thoroughly. Dr. Peters is wonderful, never met anyone that wasn't great at Media Vet. They really care.
