This is a great and FREE place to park for shows at Tower Theater. We parked in the afternoon and stayed there through the evening. The sign says they close at 9, but they do NOT. I confirmed with two people working at the venue, and plenty were leaving the garage after the show. Leaving this to let others know!!

At one concert, I parked on the street and got a ticket. I've also heard stories about people getting towed from the SEPTA lot. This is an option that offers safe, secure parking within a short walk of the theater, with no worries about ticketing or towing. Easy in and out.

Good space to park - I decided to update the review to give you all a little piece of advice that made a big difference for my husband and myself - if the line to make the left onto Sansom st to get the the garage is really long then go up to the next light that you can make the left at and then make an immediate left onto the first small street and that street runs into the entrance to the parking garage! Waze took us that way and cut out a 35 minute wait in traffic to get into the parking garage. We got to the end of the street n the entrance is right there, some nice person let us in line and we literally pulled right into the parking garage it was awesome!

Not bad for the price, but uneven surface leads to standing puddles after rain. It ends being like an obstacle course.

Was told it was free on the website and was charged $20. I'm glad I brought cash
