As a former employee through work study I know how tough this job can be. I was tech support.. helping patrons with printing documents, sending faxes, and creating email addresses. Most of the patrons were cool, yet u always will have nasty negative people unsure of what they want, acting unreasonable and causing a scene. Some were not computer savvy at all, some had whiny children who made noise the entire time, others would get angry you cant talk on the phone inside. Don't get me started on my staff. The guys were cool but the women were as ignorant as you could possibly be. Walked straight into work mad the world somedays and being condescending to clients. It was like workin in a zoo, it's been some passed so maybe its changed since then but probably not. It's a real hood library
Be careful of the public libraries I tried to erase my browsing history and I'm not able to when I leave the library someone makes an attempt to access my accountud83eudd28ud83eudd28ud83eudd28
The library manger here has a very Nasty attitude went just to get a copy this place is the worst something needs to be done they was nasty to my mom she’s 86 years old Show some respect
