All except for one heavy-set girl was very unfriendly and nonchalant. This is from my past experiences of going there. As for the jewelry its way over priced even to be located at the mall.

EXCELLENT!nnMy daughter is 9-years old and was nervous about getting her ears pierced. We did not initially plan on getting them done here, but I am extremely happy that we did! The lady was very friendly, helpful, and talked my daughter through the process so that she felt comfortable.nnMy daughter did not even flinch! The piercings went super-smooth and without incident. The earrings were great quality and everyone loves the final result.nnI highly recommend this place!

If I could give 10 ⭐ I would. I wish I thought to ask the man's name that did my 7 year olds piercing!! He was amazing. Very clean and friendly. Definitely recommend them to anyone!!
