initial impression from their lack of customer service makes you feel as if you’re bothering them by walking through the door. i asked a simple question to one of the women working there regarding a watch and was barely acknowledged, waved off and told to ask someone in the back. i turned right around and walked out.

I brought an heart shaped diamond ring for my 63 birthday. As GOD is my witness I have brought this ring back 3 times as the diamonds keep coming out. Once I paid $30.00 to get it fixed. This has been going on since Oct 2017. Please please please stay away from Cole's Jewelers 69 street upper Darby. And again as GOD is my witness I paid $850.00. Can you imagine how a woman would feel if her fiance gave this to her. Trust me go to Jewelers row.

I came in this store for the first time around mid may with my mother . we were shopping around for wedding bands because she wanted to buy me and my fiance new ones as a wedding gift . we met a man named Jack who was very kind and inviting , who proceeded to help us . we ended up buying a set of 3 rings on lay Away . i came in once a week and made a payment in which I had to deal with a woman that is employed there with the most miserable and rude attitude. The third week in june I came to pick up the rings on a Thursday , that Saturday 2 days later a diamond came out of my engagement ring. I brought the ring back and explained what the issue was and again the same woman was rude and talked down to me as if I was illiterate and I were beneath her. Another woman helped me and offered to repair the ring for free being that I had just picked it up . I waited a week and a half then went to pick the ring back up . when it was shown to me I could see the area that had been fixed was significantly darker then the rest of the ring . it literally looked like the spot had been burned or something. The 2 woman kept saying they didn't see the problem, when it was clear as day. So I brought it to my sister in law who then went back into the store and informed them they can't give someone a ring that is clearly not fixed and say it is. So they sent it back out , I picked up my ring today and was shown it in the store . i looked at the area that was supposed to be repaired and it looked way better . so I got in the car and went home , when I pulled up to my house and looked at my ring in the sun IT WAS A WHOLE OTHER DIAMOND MISSING . right smack in the middle of the ring . I feel like they did this to make me have to pay to get it repaired this time . I've never had such a bad experience with a jewelry store and if it wasn't for Jack I'd give a -5 stars . now I'm sitting here with a ring missing a diamond that alot of money was spent on. I never buy front them again !
