I brought an old beautiful sterling silver flatware set into Bill to get an appraisal. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly I knew from the very start that he was trustworthy and had my best interest at heart. He was also very personable and a pleasure to speak with. I would happily recommend Bill to everyone for any and all of their precious metal questions.
The owner Bill is so pleasant and professional. I went in to get a link added to a bracelet. He took his time to make sure he put the link on properly. I went to pay him and he said don't worry about it. What a pleasant surprise! I recommend his shop because he does a good job and he's a fair person to do business with.
The owner , Bill and his friend , Jim seem very personable. I only had a short time to make a purchase but could tell they are nice and knowledgeable people. This was my first bullion purchase but will not be my last.
