Purchased twin bed was promised next week delivery and did not receive. Went to store and was promised following Tuesday delivery, was contacted Tuesday morning and told delivery would be between 3 & 7 pm and they never came out called. Called to cancel and was told it was on the way. Went to store to complain and was told return it! No empathy or sympathy and this was for my handicapped brother in law. I've done business with Mo for years, furnished 3 complete homes but no more!

Terrible customer. I was told I would receive my bed in 1 week and they took a month. When it did arrive it was the wrong mattress and when I called to get it replaced and filed a complaint, the manager hung up on me and told me to go somewhere else.

Very unprofessional place.Some people just shouldn't bother to be in business because they don't have a head for it. They don't know how to run a business and they don't know how to talk to customers. If I come into your store you should be tripping over your feet trying to get my business not me trying to get your attention. Hire professional people are get out the game.
