My order was incorrect, I called and spoke to the manager Charlene. She was polite, friendly and amazing. She had someone fix my order and they're resending it today. My delivery driver (Dominic) had 3 deliveries for my family (different locations). One of the deliveries was for my 94 year old grandmother who never got up to answer the door lol..but the driver was helpful, courteous and patient. He made contact with me via phone and we worked it out. I love this location. Lovely staff!ud83eudd0e

Ordered a box of 12 chocolate covered fruit for my grandson's birthday. Everything was fresh. Sorry, two apple slices were already eaten before the picture was taken. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable. The order was ready at expected pickup time. Due to social distancing, I called upon arrival to the store and they brought the order out to my car.

I ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day and my order was incomplete! I paid extra for balloons and didn’t receive the balloon. I called this location one hour before closing an no one answered the phone the entire time so that I could let them know my delivery was incomplete! It’s as if they turned the phones off on purpose so nobody could call and complain! This is an important day for most people and I’m very disappointed with the service from this location! I would like a refund for the balloon that I paid for and didn’t receive!

The Wynnewood location goes above and beyond to ensure a great product and delivery. I am impressed and grateful for their service. Folks there are awesome. I'll be a repeat customer. Highly recommend.
