I wanted to pick up flowers after work on mothers day (today) to lay on my recent deceased mothers grave. I called at 6pm and spoke to someone who said they close at 7, but if I arrived late they would still be there to help since they know I'm coming. I said great I'm on my way. Not only did I arrive by 7, I arrived before 7. The store was closed and empty long before 7 pm. I drove an hour out of my way to this flower shop, and for nothing. Worst customer service in life. I am I tears because all I wanted was for my dead mom to have flowers. If I could give zero stars I would.
