I like most of their products and their prices are great. I ordered previously and had no issues. This time I ordered a black musk. It says 100% uncut. I know black musk. This oil was definitely cut. I can barely smell it and it is very thin. I don't know if they cut it or they bought it already cut, but this oil is certainly cut and it certainly is not worth the price I paid. I'll avoid their oils.
Aasalmu Alakium, I have bought overgarments and other items from them. Their products are of good quality and also super stylish. I love everything I bought from them. Also their shipping is fast...
The only place that sells my favorite import oil. They have a walk up window. Works for me.
Made my first online purchase. In the beginning, everything was fine. Then I had to return a few items and it went down hill from there. Purchased in January and they still haven't sent me the item or replied back to me. Sent 3 emails. They even owe me money. The only reason for the 2 stars is that the clothing was nice and the prices are good. I am angry with them. You've been warned. Don't buy online.
I ordered 7 prayer rugs from them during Ramadan but the post office had issues with delivering my package and sent it back to the the company. I emailed them several times letting them know what happened with my order number and letting them know my package was at the post office in P.A and a price to reship it to me . No response from them at all....nnEdited:nnI have not received any email had I received it I would never have posted this..nPlease send the email again
