If I could I would give no stars. Rude employees working there. I go out of my way to not have to deal with them. Unfortunately live in the area and have to deal with them .
Awful customer service from a women named Kathy. She was so rude and condescending.
I believe this office is simply out to take your money. They mailed out half of my save the date magnets and sent the other half back because... something about magnets won't go through their machine so I had to put additional postage on them?? Then why did the other half of them mail out just fine?! I also had been waiting on a very small package (less than a pound, postage already PAID) and they wouldn't deliver it until I paid an additional $3 and some change for more postage!! I love it here, but I cannot stand dealing with mail in this town.
The younger women working The counter today April 15 is the problem with this post office. There’s five customers in line waiting To drop packages off as she takes all the time in the world to talk about irrelevant nonsense. And then just like the comment below me after carrying in for priority mail boxes with premade shipping labels weighing 28 pounds each She wants to charge me for extra postage. Send her back to Harrisburg to sort mail or something because she clearly does not belong in are small Town post office.
The post master was the rudest person & I thought it was only towards me until I read the reviews. She had so much attitude I hope I never have to go back there.
