This is my favorite Home Depot! The people who work here are EXCELLENT! Not only do they know what they are doing, where things are located, but they HELP. I needed some specific assistance with locks and the Millsmiths shop was super helpful. I will always come back to enjoy & shop at Jonestown Rd Home Depot. *** Also they do not force you to use a ridiculous self check out like Derry St. Thank you!
Lots of customers without masks (and one coughing away!) One staff member was helpful but improperly wearing a mask.
The workers here are always so helpful! The worker named Kurt who was in paint when I went in, came and helped me at the key center, and then spent a good amount of time changing my Toyota remote battery, which is like solving a Rubix cube! Why did they make it so difficult to change the battery? Thank you Kurt and I hope this reaches management and you get the recognition you deserve!!
Could not help us with locate a freezer but staff was nice.
I went in today for a gift my Mom asked for. She sent a picture of solar lights that she found at Home Depot. Well, I waited until the day of her birthday to get them. The system showed they had 6in stock but I couldn't find them. Kurt, one of their associates helped and would not give up until he found them! What a sweetheart!!! I called to tell a manager, got Kim who either hung up or we got disconnected. I just want them to know that he went over and above the Call of Duty to help me I really appreciated him today thank you Kurt!
