I found the prices were lower then Lowe's but their selection of plants was not even comparable to Lowes

I want to thank the Derry street store for their excellent customer service today. I must admit I first went to the Lowe's on Union Deposit because it was across the street from an appointment I had today. The customer service at Lowe's was so bad I walked out of the store and headed to Derry St. Home Depot. As I left the store I thought I should have just headed to Home Depot instead of trying to save time. When I got to Home Depot I was greeted by friendly staff and was assisted by extremely friendly and helpful employees in several different areas I was shopping in today. Customer service is a huge part of the buying experience and makes all the difference to me in where I shop. Thank you for the 5 star treatment today. Your store and staff are top notch!!! :)

Great place to find anything you are looking for. Renovation wise. Lawn care. Flowers. Stain remover. Etc. People here are nice and friendly and can help you with anything you need.

Great visit. Gentleman named Ray assisted us on Patio furniture and made trip very pleasant. Home Depot should be happy to have someone who is as helpful and recognize his efforts.

Shame that Home Depot employees can't water the plants. It's out sourced
