We were extremely impressed with the service we received. Joe really worked hard to find the perfect compromise in terms of our budget, the selection, our comfort, and even gave us same day delivery. We were able to take our time looking and He was very knowledgeable about each and every mattress we tried. I have bought 2 mattresses a year ago for both my daughters. I came back a week or so ago to once again buy another mattress but this time for my son. Mattress by Appointment has great customer service, great quality mattresses and even delivers. I have nothing but great things to say about Mattress by Appointment. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a great quality mattress to give this place a try. You wont regret it. I will definitely be back soon, only this time to purchase a mattress for ourselves. Joe is amazing!! My husband and I were looking to get a new mattress and decided to give this place a try after reading reviews on google. Joe is very patient, attentive and helpful. He pays attention to what you're looking for and is very knowledgeable. Prices are great and he goes the extra mile to help his customers. Even after we brought the mattress home he texted us to make sure that everything was to our liking. Definitely recommend!!!

Joe is such a sweet guy! This was by far the cheapest place I have found a mattress and the only place my boyfriend and I found one we actually agreed on. Joe was so patient and very low pressure the entire time (it took us a while) and so understanding of our needs. He truly went above and beyond for us to make sure we left happy! Definitely recommend shopping here!
