There's one lady at the piercing Pagoda at the Colonial Park Mall that keeps on calling me sir and she has been reported to her corporate office by me! I corrected her multiple times and she still does it. I want an official apology from piercing Pagoda!We all know in Pennsylvania that is a sexual harassment violation according to the human relations commission. Buying jewelry and sexual harassment is a bad combination. Being a transgender woman that gets misgendered is very hurtful. I have not heard back from their corporate office yet. I emailed them over a week ago..

I've gotten my ears done here when I was couple months old. I took my daughter to the Claire's and the girl messed up four times and tried to say her ears were uneven? She simply couldnt put a dot on the correct spot. So frustratingly I left, went to piercing pagoda where I should have went initially. The one lady with long hair and glasses still works there. She knows what shes doing. Marked the dot exactly on the right spot the first time. Done fast and painless. Even had the guy help with the otherside at the same time.Will always go to her.
