The staff treat customers like they’re annoyed that you walk into the store. Most of them are not courteous and very impolite. The perfect example of why Harrisburg gets a bad reputation.

I got my wedding ring and engagement ring here 10 years ago. This year my engagement ring needed repaired and they both got regalvanized. They came back looking even better than I imagined. So glad to have them back and looking brand new again. Just in time for our 10 year anniversary :) Everyone was professional and really helpful through the whole process. Thank you!

Took a half day off work to get my ring sized. Waited 2 hours and the store never opened. Apparently someone decided to not shoe to fit work. I’d recommend going to Capital City Mall Kay’s.

Staff genuinely care about helping you find the right piece for your special someone. I didn’t want something generic so I described what I was looking for and when new stock came in, they discovered exactly what I wanted then put it on hold and called me to let me know they found the perfect match.
