Big shoutout to Luis in the print department! I Came in to print a passport photo and he was very helpful & informative from beginning to end. Very pleasant experience thanks again!
Their computer charged $3 to print a 3-pg b&w document, in addition to the $1.20 for computer time + $0.25 tax.nn$4.45 to print three pages is insane (at least the counter reimbursed me $1). Go somewhere else for small print jobs.
Went there to make copies, my cell phone died and I need to use to phone to make a call to ask “ how many copies should I make , this is the price per copy” I asked a store employee if I was able to use the store phone . They said NO! I’m not the person to argue so I left. Later that day I wondered ... if the situation was different ( what if I was in a domestic violence situation and this was the ONLY chance I had to reach out for help ... that means staples would have denied me that opportunity) When I think like that it bothers me. I really hope Staples makes changes for the better good at large .
I was able to find the items that I was looking for. Plus the service was very responsive by allowing me to order an ink cartridge online through the Staples website.
The general manager is always so personable. Literally, he says hello every time I go in (approximately once a month). The store is clean, organized and well staffed. He appears to be respectful to his customers and his staff. Truly enjoy going into an office supply store....who says that? Stellar experiences every visit. Overall, the entire staff is just as professional and friendly.
