Helpful staff makes this my preferred choice between the two home improvement giants. Layout of store rarely changes making it easy to find what you need. During summer hours the outdoor garden center is easy to navigate and has cashier's near the exit providing quick checkout experience when purchasing lawn and garden items. Also bulk purchases over $1500.00 are eligible for discounts. They also offer a Veteran discount which requires a one time set up a customer service.
I spent three days trying to reach customer service about a store pick up order. After 45 minutes on hold, I was transferred to flooring. I finally was able to pick up my order. When I got home, I discovered a two foot scratch down the side of my car. I was parked at the back of the parking lot straight within the lines. I have a small car so there was plenty of room on either side. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. The store is dirty and the customer service is pitiful. You may leave with permanent damage to your car.
Items in stock, great job with curbside pickup
Rarely do I post reviews, positive or negative...but Lance that works in the paint section did an outstanding job helping me out tonight. Helping me find what I needed, explaining to me how I was purchasing the same product I was looking for by the same company but with different Label design that what I bought a year ago , and double checking to make sure it was the correct colors. I look forward to dealing with him more!
Would have been 5 star but after 15 minutes in the garden center no employee came up to see if I needed help, or was even visible in the area. So, they didn't sell a shed today. I will go somewhere else.
