Dylan was super helpful in assisting my 5 year old grandson picking out his bedroom furniture. Dylan made Bradley feel like he was the most important customer. Joe then looked up the other bedroom sets that I purchased earlier, so I could get the rest of the furniture and complete the sets. We are looking forward to the delivery date! I strongly recommend Ashley furniture for high quality and fair priced furniture.

We went to Ashley furniture in Harrisburg, PA on July 13th and ordered a full living room set and a bedroom sets for two bedrooms. The sales associate, Heather Richards was amazing. She helped us find different items when the ones we wanted originally weren’t in stock. We were there for a few hours...and wound up being there after closing time. She never rushed us and was pleasant the entire time and answered every question the best she could. 5 stars for her!nnWe wanted our furniture delivered, and it was...in just over a week! Which was awesome. The delivery guys were nice as well, they were quick and set the living up for us.nnOur only complaint: the dressers we got have some damage to them. And we seen how the items were wrapped so this couldn’t have happened during shipping. So whoever packed the furniture before it was given to be loaded on the truck missed it so that’s a little upsettingnnBut that doesn’t take away from the kindness we were shown at the store. Can’t thank them enough.

Jalen saw me wandering around the store and helped me out immediately. He made sure I left Ashley satisfied. Jalen was super friendly, not pressuring, and helped me decide on the color scheme of my couch and table. Also, Joe did a great job breaking down the costs and process of getting it delivered and assembled. Thank you Jalen and Joe! I can't wait to receive my new couch and dining table set :)

Morgan gave me the space to consider different pieces, was helpful when I had questions, and got me such a nice discount on the piece I wanted that I couldn't NOT order it. I'm looking forward to delivery so I can set up the decor that Morgan also discounted for me!
