The flowers were lovely and delivered as requested. We had a small issue with our order but they went above and beyond to fix it. They were great!

An intelligent person would think during a Global Pandemic small businesses would be more inviting and understanding to customers. Especially when Yelp says Curbside Pickup Available. Well unfortunately this wasn’t the case for me on 11/3/2020. After calling the number listed on google for over a week, I decided to go into the shop to order 3 Dozen Roses and have them boxed up for an a Anniversary Gift. Being a frequent customer at this location for 5 years, I was already aware of the pricing and time it takes to put together my usual orders. Great, I let the young lady know what I needed and told her I would be back in 20 minutes to pick up the large boxes. Upon returning to the store 20 minutes later, I parked in what would be the Curbside Parking Area out front of the location and opened my trunk to prepare to load it. The minute I walked into the store the young lady I was previously being assisted by, was bringing my boxes to the counter to be paid for. At this exact moment of me walking into the store, Kathy Noll (Assistant Manager) is barely 4 ft away from me speaking to another worker saying “I don’t know why people think then can just park in front of your business, you can’t do that anywhere else” in a very rude and condescending tone. I immediately got upset and told her “The next time you have an issue with where I’m parking, please professionally notify me with respect, Im standing right next to you” she fires back “No! You ask me if its ok to park in front of my location”. I then stated “No, you treat me with respect and kindly say I cannot park there, instead of talking about me negatively to someone else out loud in front of me”. I then explained to her the reasons I was parked in front, (in what would be the curbside pick up area). It was clear she didn’t want to hear it, she didn’t want my large order or my business in the future, which is fine. I will not be going back to that location and I will use my other platforms to spread awareness of these issues. Its very, very unfortunate that in 2020 Minorities are still treated this way when simply trying to go about their daily routines.

Great store, Great customer service. I refuse to go anywhere else for my flowers. The way they make their arrangements is spectacular !!
