When shopping for any type of jewelry, first stop at Leitzel’s (Hershey) and then don’t go anywhere else. Colleen and Allison are amazing individuals that helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring and then helped my wife and I pick out the perfect wedding bands. I’ve purchased many other items since then and they know us by name. We highly recommend buying all of your jewelry from this amazing family run business. We love Leitzel’s!

The team at Leitzel's Jewelry was spectacular. They were able to assist us with exactly what we were looking for, explained everything to us in the finest of detail and such that we could understand it, and turned our piece around way beyond our expectations in the highest of quality. They were timely, professional, and met all of our needs and then some. Our experience could not have been any better.

I had an amazing experience with Leitzel's. Allison worked with me to design the engagement ring of my dreams. She listened and was patient with all of my questions. Her ability to design based on what I described and said I wanted, blew my mind. The ring is more beautiful than anything I found online or could imagine on my own. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing. Everyone was pleasant and helpful in the store. They handled every detail and personalized my entire experience. This is a fantastic family run business.nOn a different note, Allison helped out her son's elementary school by participating in the career fair when they needed volunteers. Her son was too young for the career fair but she took her time to participate. This is a family that cares and gives back to the community! I won't go anywhere else!!

I worked with Allison to size my engagement ring, repair my engagement ring and design my wedding band. Allison was professional, available and personable during my experience. While designing my ring, she kept in touch with me on progress and valued my questions, answering them with her professional opinion. Allison made sure that all promised deadlines were met and was incredibly personable during the entire experience. My future husband and I have been very pleased with Leitzel's (thank you, Allison and Colleen!) I highly recommend them to anyone!

Leitzels coordinated my daughters class ring to be shipped to Jostens for resizing under her warranty.nJostens sent me a shipping notice that the repairs were done and the ring was shipped back to the jewelry store. That was 10 days ago. I called the store 2 days ago and they said they would call me back, no one did. I called today and was told by Lori? Laura? that they called Jostens and that the shipping notice was system generated in error and that the ring was still in que to ship. Something about her hesitation and tone of voice didn't sit right with me. I called Jostens and they told me that they shipped the ring as the notice indicated and that the tracking info stated that the ring was delivered to the store but returned to the sender.nnI'm not sure why the lady lied to me over the phone other than her not having integrity or wanting to own her error but it completely broke my trust and I no longer will do business with them- if they lie about a simple mistake, what else do they lie about? By the way, no one has even returned my calls or emails from the jewelry store and It's been two days in a row..... get it together!!!nnChose another jeweler. This location is beautiful and appears to be semi upscale however the employees are dishonest and unprofessional so..... is that who you really want to handle anything of value?
