I called today to arrange for flowers to be sent to a dear friend for her 60th birthday. It is always difficult to order online or via phone to an out-of-state florist since you just never know what is going to end up being delivered. My experience with Alexi at Royer's was wonderful. She went above and beyond to work with me. We discussed flowers that were currently in stock and then she mentioned an arrangement that was just pre-made. She took a picture and sent it to me. I asked for flowers to be added and she did it while we were on the phone and sent another picture to make sure it was to my liking! Truly the best customer service I have had in a long time from any business! Too often people are ready to criticize. We always need to remember to commend a job well done. Thank you Alexi!
