I went in to see the ENT Dr Zamudio. She is AMAZING!!! I ended up needing surgery and she was so caring. Through the followup and after care.

The people are helpful, friendly and thorough. I have been going here for my care many years. The only negative is the waiting time. But, I experience that where ever I go in this industry.

Uncaring, opinionated, and rushed. I advise you find someone other than Deborah Titus, N.P for your medical needs. Particularly if they are urgent!

I requested my medical records and, for whatever reason, they faxed my medical records to a random fax number that had been written across the top of the form and COMPLETELY ignored the entire section for who the records were supposed to go to. My records were not supposed to go anyone but me. I have no idea who my records were faxed to.nThe person in the records department told me that she faxed them to the number and assumed it was an Astria Regional Medical Center because that is what it says at the very bottom of the form. (Right under form # and revision dates) Obviously Astria is who supplied the form.

My doctor keep forgetting what my health problems are every time I go in. Everything that goes wrong with me it my weight. it's not all my weight! I been heavy all my life. then getting my pills felled when they should be is a joke. Their faxes eats the incoming faxes. I have a blowen out disc that is pushing into my spinal Cord. I'm only using 3mm of my spinal Cord but she keeps telling me it just my weight.
