Please see second review in second paragraph.nVery unprofessional I had to get x-rays twice because they didn't know how to use the machine correctly The staff was friendly. The visit took 20 minutes longer than it should have. I haven't had any work done here yet but my experience was definitely less than satisfactory.nnMy second visit today was a lot better knowledgeable staff friendly. When I'm at the doctor he was very attentive and had genuine concern.. scheduling staff was professional. Much better experience the second time.

Super unprofessional and DO NOT recommend coming here, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and barely even talked to me. I had an appointment with them to get my wisdom teeth removed and they had X-rays done on my teeth to make sure they could extract them, and then I scheduled an appointment to actually get them extracted and it was towards the end of summer break for me so that was the only time I could get them done. I did not get any instructions wether I could eat or not before hand, so I had to call them and ask them. The actual day of my appointment they canceled an hour before (which I lived 45 minutes away and that information was in my chart) and left a message saying that the dentist had looked at the X-rays that day and determined that he couldn’t get to them (which does not seem right to barely be examining the X-rays the day of the appointment). But thank goodness... I dodged a bullet on that one, I definitely should have read the reviews before I even scheduled an appointment here.

Don't know what's up with all the negative reviews but the staff,assistants,hygienists and doctor here all do their jobs 100% efficiently and pleasantly. I'm actually looking forward for bi-yearly checkups now that they helped my teeth get to the best state they've ever been in my whole life.

My son has had braces for 5 yrs and was only supposed to have them for 2. He has done everything they have told him to do. But they are not doing anything to correct the problem he originally had braces put on for in the first place. For the past few months every time he has an appointment they reschedule him because they only have one dr. So he has not seen a dr or has not had any dental care. Now they call me again today to reschedule him again for January, that will be 6 months with no dental care! Absolutely ridiculous! No way to take care of your patients.

I went here and the hygienist was so rude and aggressive with the tools I wouldn’t go there ever again
