I have been very impressed by Dr. Norell and his staff. When I needed dental services during the pandemic, his was the only provider I could find taking new patients. From my first telephone call with the receptionist to my first appointment I have been treated with dignity and respect and a genuine concern for my health and comfort. I am not normally a fan of dentists but Dr. Norell has been extremely attentive in his care and his explanations of procedures and costs have been thorough. His staff have been equally wonderful. When I needed to be seen on an emergency basis they were able to see me that day and took better care of me than I could have hoped for. I am grateful for what they have done for me and even though it is a 40 minute ride by car I will be seeing them for all my dental care as long as I have teeth. Thanks everyone. You are the best.

I've had nothing but good experiences under Dr. Norell's care. Years ago I brought all my children there. Their children's area is fun and designed to allow for parents to sit comfortably close to their children. Highly recommend!

Never call to remind me about appointments even though I had talked to the manager multiple times about it!
