Not too good with solving problems about textbooks but good other than that.
Centrally located on the first floor of the Ceddia Union building (CUB), University bookstore is a One-Stop shop for all of your textbook, school clothing, and school supply needs. The store is generally well kept and the employees are mostly friendly.nnThe book prices are always over-inflated, but that's not the fault of the bookstore. That said, the clothing prices are very high and that's within the control of the store.
General staff are extremely friendly. However don’t request the manager...I requested him and he was called from stocking a shelf to come over and assist and was incredible rude to my partner and I. The store doesn’t always give their customers receipts but then expects them to return with a receipt and won’t accept without one. Despite the fact that they print out a recipt for them every time to keep in books. Very disappointed with Kevin the manager and how rude he was to us. Don’t know if I will be using them for books or anything else anymore after the way my partner and I were treated.
Definitely wouldn't shoo here for course required books, over-priced. Small school supplies and apparel are basically as pricey as any other schools.
What am I supposed to say? It's a great school!
