Superb customer service and gorgeous flowers!nnMy mother sent flowers via 1800Flowers for our 35th anniversary. What was sent by Blooms By Vickrey and Pealer's Flowers looked nothing like what she ordered- very small, wilted and turning brown. She called 1800flowers who passed along the disappointment to this florist. The florist called me and basically said that 1800Flowers didn’t pay them enough to make the bouquet ordered.They were rude and nasty to me on the phone, acting like it was my fault I didn’t get what my mother paid for.nn1800Flowers then went to Lisa’s and she came through big time!nnThe first picture is what my mother ordered.nnThe second is a comparison between what Vickrey sent and I got from Lisa’s. Vickreys flowers are on the left. The third photo is a close up of Lisa’s arrangement.nnOn the left is the bouquet sent by Blooms By Vickrey and Pealer's Flowers and on the right by Lisa’s Floral Shoppe in Newville did as a replacement bouquet. Night and day difference.nnGo to Lisa’s, you won’t be disappointed!

Bought a beautiful arrangement for my Mom for Mother's Day and she loved it! The arrangement arrived on time and was very fresh. This is the second time I have used Lisa's Floral Shoppe, and both times the recipient was very pleased. Will use this vendor again.

I get flowers for my wife from here all the time! My only complaint would be that they don't always have a lot of variety but for a small shop inside a small town grocery store, they do a great job. The women are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are very accommodating and the prices are reasonable as well.
