Books are overpriced and staff are rude and not helpful. I had attempted to return a book while the bookstore was closed during covid-19, and the book was returned. I received no further communication regarding the due date, and was charged for the cost of the book. When I tried communicating with the bookstore to return it, the manager sent a rude email refusing to take the book. Save your money and time and use Chegg or Amazon.
A great collection if North American and African mounts. Knowledgeable staff as well. Great place for families to visit together.
If you have no other option, they will probably have your book. If you aren't buying or renting them somewhere else though, you are wasting hundreds of dollars.
If you live on campus and don't have a car, as I did, this store is decent, in that it does provide some basic hygiene essentials. However, the product diversity could use some help. Sanitary napkins come in one size and there aren't enough of them per package. Hair products seem to only cater to one hair type, and the makeup section seems to also be lacking in shade diversity (though, that might just be an issue with the brand itself)
Overpriced and under staffed. Books are sometimes marked up 200% and they refuse to price match.
