Stopped in to get my wedding band resized around 3:30pm on October 26, 2020. There gate was down and hand written sign that says open today from 12:00pm till 6:00pm. It was 3:30pm. This really passes me off to waisting my time going in. I could have called first, but they never answer there phones either. I loved Kays and always shopped there. Time to find a new Jewelry Store. This one is unpredictable.
Won't be doing any more business with this place. I bought a citizens watch around 7 6rs ago, yes the battery needed replaced. Dropped it off this past Feb. Well they closed in March because of Covid 19. No problem. When they re-opened I never received a call back that my watch was there. And I did tell them not to replace the battery, the manager wanted to charge me $100. Every time I called no one answered. Bad customer service. My husband had to go pick up my watch, and we replaced the battery for $20. Stay away from this Kay Jewellers.
Bought new wedding set in December. They had to custom make. Received my band in January but still have not received my diamond ring. When I call the store no one answers. When they do answer they act as if i am disturbing them. Ugh, all I want is my ring!
Great customer service skill
I love Deb, she knows exactly what I like, I could send my husband in and she would help him find a piece of jewelry I'd love. I also love that she remembers my name.
