Found the perfect couch here in our budget but they wouldn't sell it to us. They said it's not in stock and didn't know when they could get more so we asked about buying the floor model and they wouldn't sell it to us. So we asked if they had the model at the other two stores and they said they only had floor models there too but they sold them. So they were willing to sell the floor models at the other two locations but not this one? That makes no sense. It's like they didn't want to make the sale at all. At least the sales guy was nice and tried his best to be helpful.
Just moved in to my first apartment and needed a new mattress. The folks at Furniture and Mattress Discount King were professional and courteous. Great experience for a first timer.
I've been going to this place the last several years and I've always had great service and my furniture is great! They were very informative and patient. Went over the warranty so I had a better understanding of my purchase. The pricing was good and I've received my furniture quickly without any problems.
Picking up there scrap wood skids from outside at the dock.nVery good prices inside with a nice selection of matresses.
They are really unprofessional and will sell you broke furniture. I have pictures of what I bought and got it completely different. Dinning room table leg is BROKE call to speak to a manager and JAY always says there is no managers available. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, I wish a manager can give me a call this is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
