This place is a joke we order furniture beginning of August and it was supposed to be here September 2nd. I got a voicemail saying my order was ready called to see if we could pick up and they said only the love seat was available the couch was going to be another 2 months. So they offered free delivery and we were going to take that but they said if we leave the loveseat there someone else can purchase it. How can you just sell something we have been waiting over a month to get and paid in full its not our fault the couch isn't there with the love seat... Don't waste your time!

The only reason you get 1 star instead of zero is because of the friendliness of your sales staff . We bought and signed papers back in August of 2020 we were told then deluvery would be beginning of November a bit ling but okay. Earlier this week we were called with a specific day for delivery and told it would all be here except for 2 pieces now 5 days later they call us back and tell us only 2 pieces would be here, and we've already started to dispose of the old now we are gonna be inconvenienced without bedroom furniture of any kind for at least 2 months, very very disappointed and will NEVER AGAIN, do business with such an amateur outfit.nValue City Furniture YOU SUCK

They should rename the store confusion city.nnWe bought a sectional based on a very specific need and space. The salesperson assured us this would work. Until it was delivered 3 months late and suddenly those features did not exist.nHe had assumed they did and assured us as such.nSales people should not assume on important details when selling large purchase items.nThe item is purchased was also damaged upon arrival. They are sending somebody out to repair it. Because replacing it will take another several months.nI just found out yesterday when I called they forgot to tell us the day we were scheduled for the repair. Of course they had selected a day We are out of town. I would have told him that if they would have thought to call. You can't schedule appointments in people's homes without consulting the homeowner.nI am hoping we will have this entire situation resolved within 11 months............

Amazing experience. Bought Newport 6 piece recliner sofa. Mr Shakil Wasti was an amazing person out here. He was very patient in answering all my questions. Was very helpful in making the decision.
