I recently purchased a mattress and adjustable base from the Mattress Warehouse in Mechanicsburg. Jim provided me with excellent customer service, and he was very knowledgeable about all of the products. He used a computer in order to analyze which mattress type would be best for me. Then I tested out multiple mattresses to find my perfect fit. I’m very pleased with my experience, and would highly recommend purchasing your mattress from this location. They offer the best pricing and quality products.
If you are looking to buy a new mattress then look no further than Mattress Warehouse! Jim was very very knowledgeable and super helpful. We gave him our budget and he worked his magic! I'm very pleased with Jim and would recommend anyone looking to buy a new mattress then you need to get to Mattress Warehouse and ask for Jim! We were at another location prior to Mattress Warehouse and my wife and I could tell that they didn't know what they were talking about! Not the case with Jim! He wasn't pushy and he took the time to explain our options and the differences. Great experience!
The salesmen who work here, Martin & Jim are very good. They are the most knowledgeable about mattresses above other stores in the area, and they are conscientious about ensuring they help you find the right mattress for you, based on your specific needs. They go beyond just trying to make a sale.nThis is the third mattress purchase I’ve made at this physical location, and I’m extremely happy with the salesman. If you want to get a great deal, with good service, this is the store to go to!
Martin was fabulous. He wasn’t pushy! He patiently guided me though the different kinds of beds and didn’t rush me as I tried them. He helped me with my existing bed warranty issues. Once the warranty inspection was completed a month later I returned to the store to talk to Martin, the minute I stepped into the store he recognized me (even with a face mask on!) and my name and my situation. Very impressed. Very happy. Highly recommend Martin at the Mattress Warehouse across from Wegman’s
