Very thorough and professional. Nice selection. Knowledgeable salesperson. Prices seemed good. I unfortunately had to cancel my transaction. They were very considerate and sent me my cancellation notification within minutes without any hassle. Will definitely use them in the future. My cancellation was for personal reasons and had nothing to do with them

Scott was very helpful. Really took the time to explain all details of what we could expect. It truly made this experience very good. While the store was busy he was able to mange his time very good to help everyone in there and appeared to have complete control. When you are planning to spend a large amount of money it really helps with some confident in his job.

We stopped at the Carlisle Pike location to check out new mattresses. Scott was extremely helpful - we told him a few things we were looking for in a mattress and he took our wants into consideration and showed us a few options while giving us helpful product information on each. He was also working with another customer at the time and professionally balanced both of us. Wanting to think about it, we came back the next day to place our order and Scott made the ordering process quick and easy while providing great customer service! Overall, it was probably one of the most seamless larger item purchases we have made in some time, thanks to Scott.

The salesperson was very helpful. Definitely didn’t push to sell me the most expensive mattress and let my daughter try as many as she needed to find the right one. Highly recommend!

Very positive experience. I was hesitant to go mattress shopping because I didn’t feel like being “sold to,” but the sales guy was awesome. He had a process that walked my wife and I through the different options to figure out what we liked, then gave us a scale based on what we wanted to spend. Not pushy at all.
