For all those that spoke negatively. You do understand that it is a school as well as a clinic and that in itself should tell you something. So stop complaining cause you can always go else where. Ive never had an issue in fact everyone there are always trying to help and are supportive not just the physical but also mentally.

I damaged my left hand on Saturday on a grocery cart at Wal-Mart I was putting a case of 40 bottles of water on the cart. My plan was to do it from front of cart but my husband turned the cart to put it on from the side just as I lift it to put on the cart my hand got hit by cart as I was putting the case on tore two spots on the top and stretched it between my index finger and thumb also the case plastic damaged my skin on pinky finger side. It's really bruised and I am thin skin. I saw Abe Sellard today he checked it I have no infection. He had me touch my thumb to each finger to see if there was damage he told me I did great keeping it clean and the pain should go away in a week or so

Want to never see the same dr? want to wait 4 to 6wks for the dr to refill your prescriptions? want to be accused of things because the dr doesn't like your answers? Then this is the clinic for you!!! Do not recommend.

Central Washington family medicine lack of care boarders on harm. Please make sure you dont need after care from a doctor due to the fact you will never get an appointment nor see the same person. This place should be shutdown. This is an educational office and we dont want our future doctors and nurses to think that how they conduct offices this way. Furth more the pharmacy contract with them doesn't know how to charge insurance and claim it the insurance company. I spent 12 hours on the phone over the course of a week. Just to find out that it was just the pharmacy was behind so they claim insurance issues. Have been scheduled for appointments to show up the day of and find thst the doctors on vacation(i had an idea of this because my doctor take his vacation the same week every year). I have put up with them for 4 years with empty promises abd cancelled appointments. I have not be able to see my provider in over 3 months. Also most the reviews over 3 star are employees. If you are looking for a a new provider please move on dont deal with the headaches that cwfm causes. Last thing to mention is that the doctors care and know and are upset as well. Management at the office knows nothing about the system and shifts you to someone thats tell you its uper management. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Also have had my insurance carged for visits that were canceled so if you are with cwftm please check with you insurance on any cancelled appointments. The more cases we get together of this the better chances this place gets closed. Then maybe we can get an office that can make appointments. Lastly they will not give you your medical records when asked.
