My experience with this pharmacy is a minus 10! We pick up 2 months at a time for my husband. It is a constant hassle as they try to fill ONE MONTH and then charge us a copay for the TWO MONTHS. Needless to say, we let them know. They always act like it is a major inconvenience and like we are the problem. They will go get the 2nd box for the prescription fill, but why do we have to go through this EVERY 60 DAYS???nnNow it has turned into what I would term retaliatory misbehavior on how I am treated when I go to pick up our other prescriptions. I feel like when they see me come in, they make it their mission to make it difficult. I contacted Walgreens to get my prescriptions transferred. They have turned this into a game too. Only doing partial fills, they have to order more of my medications as they don't have mine in stock, so I have to go back. Fred meyer pharmacy then calls me and says I cant transfer until they finish the partial refill. My insurance tells me one of my meds can only be filled for 30 days. Fred Meyers did another partial fill, 30 of 90 days, and so I cannot have it transferred until I refill for another 2 months. I feel as though I am being held hostage at this pharmacy!!nnOn the flip side, there is a way around all this and i will share, for those others that are having same issue. I will have to contact my Dr and have him write me a new prescription for Walgreen's as a result of Fred Meyer's B.S. It's ridiculous that anyone should have to spend this much time on what should be a non-issue. If Fred Meyer would just do their job and make sure what they are dispensing is equal to what they are charging, I wouldn't be looking for a new pharmacy. I don't like feeling like I am a major inconvenience for them to do their job.

I go to this pharmacy frequently for my senior mom's prescriptions and my children's. I've never had the issues others have mentioned. They have been very kind when some prescriptions for my daughter's asthma medications have come in very expensive, trying to give me suggestions on how to save money. The pharmacists who has given us our flu shots has always been efficient and was great calming the nervousness of my children. They actually answer the phone too! The wait can long, but this is a very busy store and I try to go during non-peak hours.

Customer service is always awful, especially on the phone. I know the pharmacy is always busy, but they’re very short and not friendly whatsoever. If it wasn’t the closest pharmacy to me, I’d go elsewhere.nn**EDIT.. 10/8 Elizabeth was so beyond helpful today on the phone!! THANK YOU for providing great customer service and actually helping me! Your coworkers need to take note!

Extremely rude, I always feel like they look down on me when I come in every 2 weeks to get my script. I came from shopko where they all knew me and always made sure I had what I needed. Tried to sign up for the text to tell u when my script was done seeings how they have all my info and the lady wouldn't even check to see if they had the right number. Gonna look around for a different pharmacy soon!
