I brought my 10yo daughter to K.E. Jones Jewelers to have her ears pierced. Kathy was excellent! Very welcoming and also very meticulous about hole placement, making sure both holes were even with each other and centered on the lobes. She made my daughter feel comfortable and explained each step as she was doing it. Wonderful customer service!

This is the BEST jewelry store I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, Kathy which is the sole owner is the most pleasant lady you will ever deal with. I have bought a number of pieces from her and I have also taken pieces to her out of my collection that have needed repaired and I'm very happy with the work that I have had done there, and let me not forget this her pricing I feel cant be beaten. Very friendly & professional staff! I had a couple of necklaces that needed repair so I brought them to KE Jones on the recommendation of my father. I was told the necklaces would need to be sent out for repair & it would be about a week to get them back. I was delighted when I was called early saying they were done & when I went to pick the necklaces up, the price for repair was better than I expected...definitely fairly priced. The ladies at KE Jones made my experience great & I would highly recommend this jeweler for any jewelry repairs you may need

Kathy is a no pressure retailer. I came back a couple of times before making a decision, and she was accommodating and informative. Lovely variety of items.
